I love, love, love when vintage fabrics are given new a chance to shine again as something new and lovely. When I found this week's Earth friendly Etsy shop:: Glue and Glitter, I knew I would be smitten and I am. Glue and Glitter is owned by Becky Striepe, who is an independent crafter and freelance blogger living in Atlanta, Georgia. Becky's passion is working with vintage fabric and salvaged materials. Becky uses existing materials in products that help us waste less without sacrificing style.
Becky is always looking for new ways to make big changes, she uses cloth napkins instead of paper and a reusable bag instead of a plastic one. She incorporates both of these ideas in her Lunch Kits. The lunch kit is one of my favorite items at Glue and Glitter. Her lunch kits include a handmade {machine washable} bag, 5 handmade {machine washable} napkins, 1 pair of eclectic utensils and one BPA free Lock and Lock lunchbox container. How fantastic is that?
Glue and Glitter also makes the loveliest cupaprons {you know, cupcake aprons}, and cup gloves {so you can hold your toasty cup of coffee}.Becky @ Glue and Glitter has been so lovely to give one of my readers a cup holder of your choice.
