Art Tales: Win an Upcycled Trout Stuffed Animal Giveaway!

This week's Earth friendly Etsy shop is Art Tales, owned by Mary in Reading, Pennsylvania. Art Tales makes the lovely little LEFTZ soft plushies. LEFTZ are plush soft toys made with upcycled materials found at yard sales, thrift shops, or leftovers from Mary's {the owner} home. These Eco friendly plushies are stuffed with recycled plastic shopping bags and are unique and fantastic. The eye {they only have one} on these little lovelies are made from layered vintage buttons. The reason for only one eye, Mary explains it best, 'each plush receives a great big hug after completion. It's such a big hug that one of their eyes just pops off.' Is that fantastic of what?

Each LEFTZ is unique, there are no patterns, Mary uses her imagination to decide what type of the creature the fabric will become. I love the creatures that Mary creates, I think they are fabulous, colorful, unique and fun. Wouldn't these make a lovely addition to your child's bed or a fun accent piece for your family room?
