Our Family Garden: A Raised Garden Bed for Each of Us

Yay! We finally finished planting our raised garden beds that Mr. Sweet Greens built for us. There is a garden bed for each of us. We planted all sorts of goodies including; organic radishes, tomatoes, lettuce, Lima beans, cabbage, carrots, green beans, peas and several different types of peppers. We planted Eben’s garden a few weeks ago and it is already showing signs of happiness and growth. I can’t wait to start harvesting the goodies, I like to grab a handful of peas to nosh on while in the garden.

Isn’t gardening as a family so much fun? Eben loves to water the garden and is always surprised by the progress that it makes everyday. It’s a great way to bond with your children on a warm summer morning, don’t you agree? Want to see more pictures of our garden, click here.

How did your garden turn out this year? Did you get it planted?
What did you plant? Do you have a traditional garden or is your garden planted in raised beds or pots?
