Holiday Ideas: Eco-Friendly Advent Calendars

I love the holidays and every year I think it would be fun to do an advent calendar, yet I never get around to it. :( This year, I am planning ahead and have decided to do a small advent calendar for Eben, Mr. Sweet Greens and one with fun ways to celebrate each day together in December. Am I going a little overboard?

I think all of these could be made using eco-friendly, recycled materials - now I just have to decide how I want to make ours. I promise to share the results!
